is an Associate Member of Les
Toques Blanches, Victoria
Charter Australia. He has cooked
for some of the most famous
Chefs and Royalty. He has also
appeared as a Guest Chef for the
Compagnie Mousquetaires
D’Armagnac Escadron De Malaisie,
Billanock Wine and Food Society,
Doncaster Fine Foods Society,
Cruise Liners and recently he
was the Guest Chef at this LTB
Presidents Dinners in July 2006
for some of its Executive Chefs,
Members and partners.
