Chef Jeffrey Tan started his “Cooking for Charity” Initiative some three years ago through Rotary, and some A$47,500 has been raised and donated to various Charities.

The Owner and the Chef

Mr. Jeffrey Tan is especially well-known as a Guest Celebrity Chef in Asia and Australia. He is an Associate Member of Les Toques Blanches, Victoria Charter Australia. He has cooked for some of the most famous Chefs and Royalty. He has also appeared as a Guest Chef for the Compagnie Mousquetaires D’Armagnac Escadron De Malaisie, Billanock Wine and Food Society, Doncaster Fine Foods Society, Cruise Liners and recently he was the Guest Chef at this LTB Presidents Dinners in July 2006 for some of its Executive Chefs, Members and partners.

   

Chef Jeffrey Tan is internationally recognized as a master-blender of cuisines. He describes his culinary creation as “a blend of exciting, new and old cooking style and techniques, fresh Australian ingredients and simplicity in its execution and presentation.”
