Institute

The
Australian
Food
Institute

Assisting clients in the development of quality systems and food safety programs.
Conducting compliance audits to monitor the effectiveness of implementation and conformance to the Food Safety Program and the associated legislative requirements.
Conducting general hygiene and good manufacturing practice (GMP) inspections.
Performing microbiological analysis of contact surfaces to verify the effectiveness of cleaning operations.
Developing a program for the microbiological monitoring of food items.
Where required, liaise (on behalf of the client) with the local and state government bodies responsible for quality and/or food safety requirements.
Where required, liaise with other service contractors, providing quality and/or food safety related services
