The MTD Group is a consulting firm offering a comprehensive range of services in the Food Service and Hospitality Industry.

The range of consulting services available from our group comprises primary consulting for food, beverage, laundry, and waste management installations; and associated specialist consultancies for food and beverage fitout, hotel operation, specialist engineering services, and ergonomics.

Personnel within or retained by MTD have professional qualifications in a number of disciplines including hotel and catering management; dietetics, ergonomics; architecture; general engineering; engineering specialities in refrigeration and electronics; computer aided drafting, and design.

McCartney Taylor Dimitroff is a wholly owned and managed Australian company which was formed in 1982 from the consulting firm of Don McCartney Pty Ltd by the introduction to the firm of Stan Taylor and Wasko Dimitroff as Directors.

As consultants, we can objectively review and analyse your concept preliminary plans, or existing operations and prescribe appropriate actions and remedial measures. As planners, we can help you establish economic and market goals, program operations, and design food service production facilities, to achieve your desired results.
