David Mercer has resigned from the club

Keith Byron Asks the question: Do present day TAFE College Cookery Instructors need to attend teacher-training college?

(Ehrenfried Barth to reply to Keith’s question please)

Stewart Walsh would like our support in developing a sub chapter of the LTB in the ACT

 

4. - Treasurer Report: To be advised

 

 

5. - Membership: Gerard Lamaro (Head Chef 3 Station peer) has requested to become a member

 

 

 

6. – Award of Excellence: 11th May 2005 @ Swinbourne TAFE, Prahran, Judges needed 14 applicants

 

7.WACS Bookings to be made for 10 members $2000.00 to be sponsored by the club towards the event

 

 

8. – Gala Dinner RACV

Theme: Las Vegas Elvis - 360 to 400 pax

Over night accommodation packages will be available

TM, RM to help Massimo with the organisation plus any one else please

 

9. – Stewart Walsh’s request for assistance with developing a LTB branch in the ACT

It was agreed that we will be happy to assist with logos stationary etc but it will need to be INC in the ACT

 

10. – ProAm case justification & approval for ‘independent management” of the event

It was agreed that TR would put forward a paper and a proposal to manage the event

JM recommended that we check the constitution for conflict of interest

 

11.LTB Uniform Jacket and Logo

No progress as yet

 

12. – 5 year club vision: FB to organise the facilitator ACE – Achieving Corporate Excellence
