7. - Field Trip to Tasmania:
Very successful and a good time had by all, maybe a little expensive.

Future field trips need more sponsorship and subsidy.

10. – Family picnic day - 1st of May

Manfred Hennig to host members only family day picnic at his B&B with wine tasting. Location more suitable for kids and families. Tom Milligan to look after the food – Management team Manfred H., Tom. M and Tony. R. Massimo DL to coordinate equipment and set up requirements with Manfred H. Manfred has tables available but no chairs, bring your own.

LTB to bring meat. Salads, pastries and others to be supplied by attendees. Wine tasting to be organised, LTB to purchase wine and wine to be available for purchase on the day.

Manfred will organise kids entertainment for $100.

Peter Scheiber to look into organising a bus and time table for the transport.

As  a motion proposed by M. Di Luca voted on and carried unanimously.

6 meetings scheduled for the 1st Monday of the month.  Meeting start at 6.30 pm. Followed by dinner (current practice)

4 Meetings scheduled for the 1st Tuesday of the month.  Meeting will start at 6.30 pm. Followed by dinner

1 Meeting scheduled for the 1st Wednesday of the month.  Meeting will start at 8:00am. Followed by breakfast.

·         Cape Schanck – National Golf Course, Chief Executive Officer Mr Edzard Batenburg has offered free play for LTB members – maybe in May but again needs to be communicated. Massimo DL to reconfirm offer and Thomas B to organise members and day.

14. – Website with George Hill

MDL has surfed the net regarding all LTB clubs around the world and combined the info in a folder available to all members at the meeting to browse through. It seems all have different concepts and took new identities after the break up of the LTB in France.

Chefs to send pictures to George H. eg action shoots in Kitchen etc.

·          John L to send some info regarding the start-up of the VIC LTB to George.H.

·         Can all members please have a look at the changed website and give feedback to MDL a.s.a.p for further discussion at the next meeting.
