Business arising from last minutes:
Membership Fees are passed due date please forward them to M. Zihlmann
Gala Dinner will now be held 26th August the theme ? Tropical Nights Hidden
Delights?.
F. Mercer made a presentation for the event.
Table gift ideas are chocolates with LTB Logo and Star Anis products if any
member has any further ideas please forward them to M. Zilhmann ASAP.
Sponsorship committee to look into Beverage & prizes for Gala dinner
Can members with affiliations to other Organizations please inform them to
avoid conflicting functions?
Crown Casino has offered a Deluxe Room and Breakfast for $325 and The Hilton
on the Park $145 for members or guests wishing to stay in town for the night,
Pioneers for 2002 Mario Costa & Horst Winkler
Markus is organising our ABN, in order to do so he has to submit the previous
3 years tax returns.
T. Rogalsky still requires all suppliers list to complete our database he
currently has 220 completed.
LTB Award for Excellence is set for 16th July, mail out to schools and tafe?s
to be completed ASAP. A Possible new sponsor for the event has been verbally
confirmed we?re just awaiting written confirmation.
New Business:
Sponsorship Cocktail Evening 8th April 19.30hrs in the Epicurean Room.
T. Rogalsky & T. Balmer to organise invitations. T. Rogalsky will
organise the Certificates and M. Di Luca will liase with P Scheiber re gifts.
A. Salvotelli & T. Rogalsky have organised a field trip to Gippsland for
the 14th &15th April approximate cost $300 any member interested in going
please contact Andreas or Tony with a $50 deposit ASAP.
M. Zilhmann will present the Balance sheet at the next meeting.
George is looking into a LTB Golf Day.
