New Members Welcome to Henrik Iversen who was nominated and accepted as a new member.

New Business

·  Membership Fees are now due can they please be forwarded to O. Meile.

·  LTB Sponsors cocktail party has been organized for Monday 9th of April at the Hilton on the Park @ 19.30hrs P. Schafer has sent out the invitation letters. Our April meeting will be held prior to the cocktail party @ 17.30hrs.

·  A Salvotelli and T Rogalsky reported N.Z accommodation is booked as is the itinary they just have to finalize flights. G. Doherty of the Australian Meat & Livestock Association will try to contact his NZ counter part to try and get some support.

·  A Salvotelli is looking into club Jackets.

·  "Les Toques Blanches Award For Excellence" plans are well under way and will be launched next week. Box Hill has been booked for July 24th

·  J. Tarrant is liaising with the AHA re the Daryl Cox Competition.

·  Gala Dinner at the National Flower Center cannot go ahead due to the fact that they want a complete bump out by 12.30 however The Grand Hyatt has submitted a proposal and the Hilton will forward a Proposal to T. Balmer this week and the sub committee will meet on Saturday 24th at Le Calvados @ 10.30 am.

·  T. Rogalsky reported that The National Flower Market and the Fruit & Vegetable Growers Association are interested in sponsoring LTB.

·  P Schafer suggested we put a marketing plan together for sponsors i.e. x amount of dollars
= x amount of space and advertising at LTB Functions.

·  A Financial Sub Committee has been formed to help keep our finances looking healthy. T. Balmer, O, Meile, K. Lemm, A. Salvotelli and E. Mohr.

·  If anyone is interested in attending Chicago 2002 we will have to make plans and book soon it will be open for discussion at the next meeting.

·  M Zihlmann will be hosting the Movenpick Masters on Sunday 1st of April anyone interested in playing please contact Markus he still has a few places available.

·  Good Luck to D. Shrivastan who has opened his own restaurant Bay leaves on Hoddle

·  M. Di Luca was fortunate to attend Paul Bocouse Dor competition in France and reported that the atmosphere was electric, Massimo has Photos and a Video of all the action which we will try to show at a future meeting.
